Your go to head turning top is the new Carrie B.  Made to fit very snug, Carrie B. is a strapless peplum top with a gold metal zip which has and the feature to be reversible, just in case.  Made in a stunning sustainable lyocell twill from Japan, this top can be worn with any bottom to make you feel fantastic.  Self lined.
